Conditions of Entry

 

 

 

 

DRESS REQUIREMENTS

 

NO Bikini tops, see-through skirts, shirts or pants.

NO Clothing with obscene language.

NO Chains on pants, wallets, etc.

NO Aerosol Cans.

NO Weapons ie: Pocket knives

Hats to be removed upon entry.

Suitable footwear must be worn at all times.

 

 

 

ON ARRIVAL 

 

All persons wishing to attend Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events will be required

to pass through checkpoints where they will be given the option to agree

to the following procedures:

 

Line-up as requested

Present bags for inspection if requested

Remove items from bag/pocket when requested

Dispose of prohibited items Chewing Gum etc into bins provided or return to vehicle or residence

Return items into bags / pockets after inspection

Show ID if requested (17 years & under events)

 

 

 

NO PASSOUTS 

 

No passouts issued, including making and receiving telephone calls.

Any exceptions to this policy are rare and will only be in case of emergency.

If an attendee wishes to leave the premises early they should arrange with Management

prior to the event to be collected by a parent or legal guardian at the front door.

All activities will cease at the advertised time and patrons are asked

to leave the premises in an orderly manner.

We ask parents and/or guardians to collect their child from inside the venue.

 

 

SEARCHES 

 

All attendees wishing to gain entry to any Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events

will be asked as a condition of entry to a search. Management are on hand to conduct

the search of patrons who will be asked to empty pockets, bags, wallets, etc for inspection -

every effort to respect the individuals privacy is taken into consideration.

Refusal to allow a search will result in NO entry.

 

 

ALCOHOL & DRUGS 

 

Alcohol & drugs are NOT tolerated whatsoever.

At no time at Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events are drugs and/or alcohol allowed.

If any patron is found to be in possession or having consumed drugs or alcohol before,

during or after the event, they will be questioned by a member of Staff at which

point of time the appropriate steps will be taken to immediately remove the patron

from the event. Police may be called.

 

 

NO SMOKING

 

According to the Queensland Government Legislation, smoking is not permitted

indoors and/or outdoors at an underage music/dance event. This ban applies to both

young people and adults who are in attendance. We will NOT allow underage patrons

into the venue with cigarettes, any cigarettes found will be confiscated and disposed of correctly.

DO NOT ask for their return. Parents/Guardians may request for these items

from Management after the event.

 

 

BAD BEHAVIOUR 

 

All patrons are required to treat the venue and others with respect.

Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events operates a very strict anti-bullying policy,

if we discover any patrons intimidating others, pushing and/or shoving will result in removal

from the venue and/or NO entry. Fighting and/or obscene language is considered unacceptable

and will NOT be tolerated. If we discover any patrons fighting or using inappropriate language

they will again be escorted out of the venue and a Parent and/or Guardian

will be called to pick them up.

 

 

DISOBEDIENCE

 

Any patron who disobeys Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events staff and/or rules

will be removed from the venue. If it is a serious offence they may also be banned from

attending future Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events. Whenever possible we will

attempt to contact a Parent and/or Guardian to arrange for their pick-up.

 

 

 

 

 

WARNING

 

 

You will be exposed to loud music at

Wide Bay Mobile Entertainers Youth Events.

 

Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be use during the event.
